Import eligibility comes before checkout
The US service page does not create a second store. It explains the checks that apply when a buyer uses the shared English catalogue for a United States destination.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection identifies switchblade and other spring-loaded knives as prohibited imports subject to limited exceptions. State and city rules can be different or more restrictive. Do not order a product that cannot lawfully enter or be possessed at the destination.
- Identify the opening mechanism and product type.
- Review federal, state and local sources.
- Treat checkout availability as logistics only, not legal approval.
Delivery, duties and carrier events
The live checkout shows the available payment and delivery methods for the current basket. Import review, carrier handling or local charges may still apply after dispatch.
Use the carrier tracking route for scan events. If a parcel is held, follow the carrier or customs request and contact SEWARD with the order number; do not send sensitive payment credentials.
Returns are handled under one policy
The global Refund & Return Policy states the current request process and condition standards. Import ineligibility or refusal caused by a buyer ordering a prohibited item should not be assumed to be an ordinary return.
Contact support before ordering when destination eligibility is uncertain.
