Why a published company address should not be treated as a return destination without order-specific instructions.
Do not use the company address automatically
No. After requesting a return, you should not send the item directly to the company address shown on SEWARD’s website unless customer service confirms that address for your particular return. A company or contact address may serve administrative purposes and does not automatically identify the warehouse or facility authorized to receive returned parcels. An unconfirmed shipment could therefore go to the wrong location or fail to match your case.
Obtain instructions for the order
SEWARD’s Refunds & Returns page tells customers to contact support before sending an item back and to follow the instructions provided for their case. When contacting support, provide the order number, delivery date, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the item, accessories, and packaging available while the matter is reviewed.
Before shipping, obtain confirmation of the receiving address and any reference that must appear on the label or inside the parcel. Also confirm the accepted carrier or service, whether tracking is required, and how return costs will be handled. These details may depend on the reason for the return and the actual order.
Wait for a confirmed next step
Submitting a return request does not itself mean that a physical return has been approved. SEWARD may review whether an eligible case should be handled through a replacement, a refund, or another resolution that does not require the item to be sent back. The Contact Us page likewise instructs customers to make contact before returning anything.
Use the seller’s confirmed instructions for the order rather than an address copied from a general website page. Mandatory consumer rights may still apply where relevant, but they do not make an unconfirmed office address the correct return destination.
