How to Identify the Company Behind a SEWARD Trade Show Listing

A practical way to connect a SEWARD-only directory entry to the appropriate company without relying on nearby exhibitors or assumptions.

Start with the listing itself

When a trade show directory lists only SEWARD, first record exactly what the entry provides: the exhibitor name, booth number, website domain, email domain, address, and any stated company role. The official domain is especially useful because it creates a traceable path from the event entry to the brand’s own public information. Do not use the name of a neighboring exhibitor, booth contractor, local contact, or sales representative as a substitute for the company behind the brand.

Next, open the identified brand website and look for an About, company, legal, contact, or terms page. The current SEWARD About page states that SEWARD is a consumer-facing knife brand under TOP KNIVES LLC. This supports a present brand-to-company connection. The TOP KNIVES company explanation separately warns that company-facing names, supplier identities, catalogs, and legal sellers are not interchangeable.

Preserve the role shown by each source

The result should be written as a chain rather than a leap: the trade show directory lists SEWARD; the listing points to the official SEWARD domain; and the SEWARD About page identifies the brand as being under TOP KNIVES LLC. This establishes the published brand relationship, but it does not automatically establish which entity signed the booth contract, received payments, appointed an agent, or acted as the legal exhibitor.

If the directory provides no domain or company details, the brand relationship can still be described from the official About page, but the directory entry cannot yet be conclusively connected to that website. Confirmation would require an organizer record, exhibitor profile, booth document, or statement linking the specific event entry to the official domain. Similar names and logos are useful leads, not proof of identity or authorization.
