Where to look for a missing customer-service response and what information to provide when asking SEWARD to identify the reply channel.
Check the address and likely inbox folders
Confirm which email address you supplied in the inquiry and, for an order, which address was used at checkout. Search that mailbox for SEWARD and the order number rather than relying only on the main inbox. Review spam, junk, promotions, quarantine, archived mail, and any folders created by automatic rules. Also check whether the mailbox rejected messages or is over its storage limit.
Check the channel where the conversation began
A reply may be associated with the original contact channel. Review the existing email thread, WhatsApp conversation, website account or order notices, and the message center of the marketplace or seller from which you actually purchased. Do not assume that a response sent through one channel must also appear in every other channel. If the purchase involved a third-party seller, its message system and records may be separate from SEWARD’s website contacts.
Ask customer service to identify the reply
If the message is still missing, contact SEWARD through an official method and provide the order number when relevant, the email address used, the date of the earlier inquiry, and the channel used. Ask which address or platform received the reply and when it was sent. You can also request that the substantive response be resent through the verified channel.
Never disclose your email password, banking password, full card number, security code, or one-time verification code. A system showing that a message was sent does not prove that it reached your inbox or that you read it. The specific delivery result can be established only from the actual communication records.
