Learn how to compare your payment record, order status, and confirmation email before contacting SEWARD or trying to order again.
Treat payment and order creation as separate records
A bank debit, card authorization, or transfer receipt shows payment activity, but it does not by itself prove that an order was successfully created or matched. First, review the payment record and note the date, amount, currency, status, and transaction reference. If a card entry is pending, ask the bank whether it is a completed charge or only an authorization.
Next, return to the original purchasing channel. Check the final checkout page, any available order view, and the email address entered at checkout. Look in spam or junk folders for an acknowledgment or confirmation. If an order record exists, compare its number, items, address, currency, total, and payment status with the payment record. SEWARD’s Shipping and Delivery page distinguishes an order acknowledgment from dispatch confirmation, so do not interpret either as proof that the parcel has shipped.
Ask SEWARD to compare both sides
If the charge or transfer is not reflected in the order status, contact SEWARD through the official Contact Us page. Provide the order number if one exists, the checkout email, payment date, amount, currency, and transaction reference. A redacted receipt can help, but conceal full card or bank-account numbers, security codes, passwords, and unrelated transactions.
Do not immediately pay again or create another order while the first attempt remains unclear. SEWARD’s FAQ warns that repeating the payment or order can produce duplicates. Wait until the payment and order records have been checked together and the correct next step has been confirmed. If the purchase was made through another seller, use that seller’s own order records and policies rather than assuming SEWARD’s standard process applies.
