A return-to-sender scan does not by itself confirm that a SEWARD order has been refunded. The return and the order resolution must be verified separately.
A return scan is not a refund record
No. A tracking status showing “return to sender” does not, by itself, establish that a refund has been approved or issued. It may show that a return journey has started, but it does not prove that the parcel has reached the seller, that its contents have been checked, or that the order has entered a refund process.
SEWARD’s Shipping & Delivery page treats a returned parcel as a separate situation requiring an explained and confirmed arrangement. Accordingly, buyers should not use the carrier’s status as proof of reimbursement or assume that every returned parcel receives the same financial outcome.
Confirm the parcel and order separately
First, review the complete tracking history rather than relying on one scan. Note the tracking number, the stated reason for return, the date of the last update, and whether the record shows movement toward the sender or completed delivery back to the sender. Then compare those details with the original order, delivery address, and any messages from the carrier.
Contact SEWARD Customer Service with the order number and the email address used at checkout. Include the tracking number and a screenshot or copied text of the relevant carrier updates. This allows the parcel’s return progress and the order’s status to be checked together. Do not send full payment-card details through email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
Wait for an order-specific resolution
Whether a refund is available, what amount may be returned, and whether another arrangement is possible depend on the verified return circumstances and the terms applicable to that order. A return initiated by the carrier and a parcel actually received back by the seller are different stages. Wait for explicit confirmation of the proposed resolution instead of treating the logistics label as a refund notification.
