Accepting delivery does not prevent you from reporting a problem, but the available resolution depends on the order records, evidence, and applicable policy.
You can still report the problem
Yes. If you discover a problem only after accepting or opening the parcel, you can still submit an after-sales inquiry. A delivery scan or acceptance record establishes that a delivery event was recorded; it does not, by itself, prove that every item inside was present, correct, and undamaged. However, submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that every request will be approved, regardless of when it is made or what evidence is available.
Record what you discovered
Write down when you received the parcel, when you first noticed the issue, and exactly what was wrong. Preserve the item, shipping label, outer packaging, internal packaging, and any included documents while the matter is being reviewed. Take clear photographs showing the entire parcel and close views of the relevant problem. SEWARD’s Shipping and Delivery page specifically advises customers to compare the parcel with its shipment details and keep the packaging when something needs checking.
Submit the order details promptly
Use SEWARD’s Contact Us page to select after-sales support or orders and delivery. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout, along with a concise description and relevant photographs. Do not return the item before contacting customer service, because the public contact instructions expressly ask customers to make contact first.
The actual outcome must be determined from the order address, shipment and delivery records, the customer’s account of what happened, and the policy applicable to that transaction. Carrier records, third-party seller terms, destination-specific rules, or legal rights may also affect an individual case, so acceptance of the parcel should be treated neither as automatic rejection of a claim nor as a promise that the claim will succeed.
